Online Ordering & Loyalty Program
Cici's is a pizza buffet chain with close to 500 locations. As part of the BLITZ team, we helped CiCi's pizza plan for an online ordering and loyalty program. There was a new digital strategy, and we helped execute that strategy and plan a roadmap to implementation - including roll out timing product features and vendor selection. There was a challenge in rolling out the project with 500 stores. So we had to create a plan for implementation, with several different permutations. In addition, we had to help with vendor selection on their platforms for different pieces of technology. In addition the solution had to dovetail with new marketing initiatives.
